On March 28th, the DEFEP project team of the Moldova State University organized the meeting of the Erasmus+ DEFEP Project Consortium to discuss essential aspects regarding the implementation of WP 5, which focuses on strengthening the methodological, personnel, and technical-material support of the distance learning system.

During the meeting, various organizational aspects were analyzed and discussed to ensure the efficient and successful implementation of WP5. The deliverables associated with this work package were carefully examined, including methodological recommendations, guidelines, and instructions for managers, teachers, and tutors regarding the development of distance learning. Tasks were distributed, and delivery periods were established, thus ensuring proper time and resource management.

Additionally, special attention was given to discussions regarding the organization and conduct of trainer training courses for the successful implementation of distance learning in partner universities in Moldova and Ukraine. Specific needs of the target groups for future training sessions were identified, adapting them accordingly to ensure the achievement of our professional development goals and the enhancement of competencies.

Following the discussions, important decisions were made, and strategies were defined to guide the efficient implementation of WP5, in line with our common objectives and values.

We are delighted with the progress made so far within the DEFEP project and are confident that this strong and committed collaboration will continue to yield remarkable results in the field of distance education.
